Student leaders meet together eight times during the school year, on average one day each month on the 4th Tuesday. The times may vary depending on the activity; however, most Challenge Days will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 2:00 p.m. Students will be “Activity Excused” from school by their In-School Advisor. If students attend college classes during the day, it is their responsibility to speak with their instructors to be excused.

Lunch and snacks are provided for the students on Challenge Days. Students must be prepared, and may be required to provide their own transportation to activities. Students will discuss transportation logistics with their in-school advisor. In the case a bus is scheduled, students will be informed where to meet the bus and what time it will leave.

Dress Code: Students are required to wear their Leadership Dixie Academy logo shirt to each Challenge Day,       unless told to otherwise to dress in professional attire. Students’ shirts are expected to be clean and wrinkle-free, as well as tucked-in to nicely-fitted jeans (with no holes or conspicuous embellishments), slacks, or a professional-length skirt.
